You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • The product is different from what you ordered.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product is seal-packed and unopened (if applicable).

Warranty Terms & Exceptions

  • Natural wear and tear or damage during use is the customer’s responsibility and not covered under warranty.
  • Damages during or after installation due to unauthorized modifications, tampering, or improper setup are not covered. Accidental, physical, water, or high voltage-related damages — including product burning caused by faulty electrical wiring — are also excluded. Customers may request a discount when purchasing a new product.
  • Customers are required to arrange and bear the courier charges when sending defective products to us for warranty evaluation.
  • The company will, after inspection, dispatch eligible repaired or replacement products back to the customer at no additional shipping charge.
  • Please note that we do not provide a pickup facility from customer locations.

What if my product fails after the warranty period?

Replacements or spare parts (if available) can be purchased at original cost plus shipping.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

In most cases, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure your order reaches you safely. If you’re unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a note with further instructions.
