At Ledgebit Technologies Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • The product is different from what you ordered.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product is seal-packed and unopened (if applicable).

Note: Products that do not meet the above conditions are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@ledgebit.com or call our customer care at +91 98103 20256 with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
  2. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. You may be asked to ship the product back to our address.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was sent incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
  4. Condition of Product: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the condition it was received. Upon inspection, if the product is found to be used or not in its original condition, we may refuse the return.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Rejected Refunds: If the product does not meet our return criteria, we will notify you of the rejection, and the product will be sent back to you at your expense.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount.
  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Products marked as non-returnable in the product description.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method for any pending transactions.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at sales@ledgebit.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following our return policy.
