At night or in low light, the CAM-PT2 utilizes smart night vision, combining invisible 940 nm IR LEDs for crisp black-and-white imagery and white fill lights that activate under low-light conditions for full-color night vision. This adaptive lighting ensures optimal clarity while minimizing disturbance. The camera also includes AI-driven human detection, helping the system distinguish between people and non-relevant movements (like pets or shadows), thereby reducing false alarms and focusing on real security events.

You can define up to six preset positions to jump quickly between key areas (e.g. entryway, window, hall). For privacy, it offers physical privacy rotation or zone masking, allowing you to hide sensitive areas or move the lens into a concealed position when required. The built-in two-way audio enables real-time interaction, whether checking on pets, talking with visitors, or using it as an intercom.

The CAM-PT2 supports both local microSD storage (up to 128 GB) and optional cloud recording, giving you control over how your footage is stored. With 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connectivity, it integrates into your smart environment, and it supports popular voice assistants for hands-free control. The device is built for indoor settings, with reliable performance between –10 °C to 40 °C and humidity tolerance of 5 % to 95 %.
